VIDEO: Edinburgh Wolves Plan to Avenge 2014 Championship Loss

The Edinburgh Wolves were not happy with the way the 2014 season ended.

The higher you climb the more painful the fall and last year was just that for the Wolves.

Scotland - Edinburgh Wolves logoLosing in the British American Football Association National Leagues championship final in overtime to the Merseyside Nighthawks 41-34 left a bitter taste in the mouths of every member of the team and its supporters.

There is nothing worse than losing in the playoffs, let alone the biggest playoff in the final game of the season. The Wolves seem to have used that burning desire to avenge that loss to carry them through the off season and into the season opener against the Doncaster Mustangs, which they won 27-15.

This marvellous trailer captures some of that feeling. It depicts Edinburgh’s preparations  as they get ready to challenge for the championship again.
