European Football Alliance Week 12 preview: Playoff race heats up with two weeks remaining
The European Football Alliance regular season wraps up Sunday with all six teams in action as playoff positioning and momentum take center stage. The Munich Ravens have already locked up first place, while the Nordic Storm are assured of finishing second. The biggest battle is for third, where the Frankfurt Galaxy and Paris Musketeers meet in a winner-take-all showdown, while the Prague Lions will look to finish the season on a high note against the winless Raiders Tirol.
Nordic Storm (8-1) at Frankfurt Galaxy (4-5)

The Galaxy have won three straight to climb back into playoff contention, but they’ll face their toughest test against a Nordic Storm team that has won six in a row since its only loss of the season. Frankfurt rolled past the Munich Ravens 61-41 last week, while the Storm cruised past the Paris Musketeers 41-3 and will be looking to carry that momentum into the postseason.
Paris Musketeers (4-5) at Munich Ravens (8-1)

The Ravens return from their bye week with first place already secured after a dominant regular season that included wins over every opponent. Paris, meanwhile, has dropped back-to-back games after winning three in a row and now needs a victory over the league leaders to have any chance of climbing into third place ahead of the playoffs.
Raiders Tirol (0-9) at Prague Lions (2-7)

The Lions snapped a four-game losing streak with last week’s dramatic 36-35 win over the Paris Musketeers and now have an opportunity to close the season with consecutive victories. The Raiders are still searching for their first win after another difficult campaign, though they pushed the Munich Ravens early in the season before fading and will be hoping to avoid an 0-10 finish.
